Once upon a time in  a shire far far away a brickie and a toothsmith opened  a brewery by the name of Old School. The OSB team would like to invite you to their Beer and Music Festival *Live Ale* to enjoy a weekend of Music and of course, lots of beer.

Unfortunately the Brewery can not allow Camping or Dogs on the field however we welcome families and young children throughout the course of the weekend. The brewery WILL provide parking for this event but we recommend you use public transport to access. You can find out more about the great public transport links to Warton here.

By car

 

Just off of the M6 at junction 35. Head towards either Carnfoth or the A6 and follow the signs for Warton, the festival will also be well posted with our own Sign Posts.

 

Once in Warton head left towards Silverdale up Sands Lane. The Live Ae Site is just up the Road on the Right Hand Side, the old home of Wartons famous PLAY FEST.

 

By Bus

 

Take the 51/55 from Lancaster (passing through Carnforth) to Warton. Check out the timetables from Stagecoach here.

 

By Train

It is very easy to get the train from lancaster or Kendal to Carnforth Station (times can be found here) from here it is a 15 - 20 min walk or a couple of minutes in a taki or on the bus (see above). Also when arriving at Carnforth Station be sure to check out its very own Micro Pub, the Snug, for a swift one.
